Sampson

Toasted ciabatta filled with our very own hummus, greens, tomato, cucumber, sprouts, onion and a dash dilly mustard dressing.

Goodness Gracious

Provolone, greens, tomato and cucumber topped with tzatziki served on toasted pita.

Zeus

Slightly toasted pita filled with from-scratch hummus, kalamata olives, cucumbers, red onion, feta cheese and a little bit of tzatziki dressing.

Lightly sautéed artichoke hearts and mushrooms stacked between two pieces of ciabatta grilled with sharp cheddar.
